Craving Mum's Good-old Kau Kee Cai Soup & some Yummy Ice Cream

It's really easy. First, prepare minced meat, marinated & allow to boil in water.
Preferably use lean meat stock for better taste.

Next, make sure the Kau Kee leaves are soaked in the beaten eggs.

Pour entire egg mixture with leaves into the soup & simmer slowly.
Add liver just before bringing to a quick boil. Never overcook liver.
Nutritious Kau Kee Cai with minced meat & liver. One of my childhood favourites.

Rest your stomach for a couple of hours & help yourself to these delicious creamy ice cream.
Flavours: French Toast & Black Walnut
