We visited the Sanjusangendo Temple at Kyoto....
But we were impressed by the Nijo-jo Castle in Kyoto & girls in beautiful traditional costumes near the gate.
We really enjoyed the serenity of the castle and imagined what life was like many many many years back inside this fortress....
