Finding time to cook has been challenging for me since we have our little one. But I was determined to serve home-cooked dinner since it was the most important season of the year & we were spending meaningful time with Angel's Godparents, Ethan & our God-daughter, Chloe. I managed to make Jamie Oliver's tried and proven recipes: Get-ahead gravy & Super Tasty Spanish Roast Chicken. A pat on the shoulder for myself. And our super-considerate & encouraging guests for making the night complete!
Our tree was adorned with gifts that evening!
