We had planned to visit the famous Tsukiji Fish Market one of the mornings. But we were so deadbeat we simply couldn't wake up before daylight. Nevertheless, we still made a dash there close to 10 am. All we saw were the fishmongers packing up their empty crates and boxes ;( We comforted ourselves by touring the inner market.
We proceeded to Meiji jingu shrine and had a leisurely walk through the huge compound.
