These are short essays, photo and video chronicles of my travels, significant events or just ordinary events with special meaning. These people are my family and friends, whom I dearly love.

The Prayer of my 4 and a half year old...
Dear Lord, please give us a house. And when we pump petrol, our car will run fast. But not too fast. In Jesus' name, Amen!
Evan followed with: Dear Lord, I pray for listening ear! IN JESUS' NAME! AMEN!
(Said with gusto... almost shouting. Evan's turning 3 in less than a month)
And then, both went off to 'do their own thing' while I tried in vain to get them to pray for papa & mama to listen to God & have an obedient heart. My toddlers!

The Price of Chess Enrichment
So chess class wasn't engaging enough. Or Angel is just more of a kinesthetic learner. In any case, she paid the price when she took to jumping off a table to keep herself entertained during chess class.
And we decided we had to buy a chess set to learn & play together with her. She impatiently wanted to show Papa how to play... her way. Oh well!
Angel Angel, please learn your lesson. No misbehaviours in class. And chess is an exercise of patience. You will grow & mature into it. Mama is praying.

Sassy Angel Completed mid-term K1!
Angel chose to dress up as herself for the school party on the last day of Term 2.
The good part is she's proficient in both languages. The area to be improved is she can be a better listener. This definitely included her naughty behaviour at chess enrichment which resulted in a bruised back. SIGH!
Dear Angel, mummy pray unceasingly that your heart will be softened in obedience & your ears to be listening.
Non-Fiction Made Interesting & Fun by The Cat in the Hat
Stumbled upon this great series for the kids in our neighbourhood National Library. Had fun reading to the kids!
